SCRIPT: finalised

Voiceover of the Doctors diagnosis:

[This voiceover is to be read slowly, confidently and sympathetically over a montage of shots.]
Receptionist: Alice Sharpe? Dr Potter will see you now.
Doctor Potter: Take a seat Alice, I'm afraid we've got some bad news...We have received your test results and they appear to show that the structure of your brain, particularly in your temporal lobe, which plays a key role in the formation of long term memory, has become increasingly damaged. We are unsure as to how long this has been going on for, as of yet. However, I am afraid this will dramatically affect your ability to remember, understand and communicate. At the moment you are stable but unfortunately this stability will gradually decline.

Meeting scene:
Girl is walking out of coffee shop as boy walks in, she holds the door open for him and the pair make eye contact. They make further interactions while soundtrack continues so the dialogue appears muted.

Talking scenes:
Girl and boy are engaged in conversation on a walk, followed by sat on the sofa laughing. Again the soundtrack is still playing, so muted dialogue.

Hospital scene:
Elevator door opens and either a stretches or wheel chair rolls past the camera. She is in the waiting room.

Car scene:
Girl and boy argue whilst sat in the front of a car (raining and windscreen wipers are on) dramatic hand gestures are used and the couple shout. (Muted by the soundtrack which changes tone to become more dramatic.)

Bedroom scene:
Girl is frustrated and pulls her hair. A tear drop rolls from her cheek to her lips. After photograph shot she becomes increasingly angry and swipes everything off of her sink, ends on a close up shot of her face while shes crying.
